Tiny Rebel began in 2012 as two mates with a garage and a homebrewing habit. Bradley Cummings and Gareth Williams — brothers-in-law — had been experimenting with recipes for years before deciding to make it a proper business in Newport, South Wales. The name fits: they were a small operation taking on a beer market that wasn't exactly clamouring for another craft brewery.

It didn't stay small for long. By 2015 they had won Champion Beer of Britain for Cwtch, their Welsh Red Ale, at CAMRA's Great British Beer Festival. That kind of recognition has a way of changing things. A custom-built brewery in Rogerstone followed in 2017, capable of producing at serious scale. They're now recognised as Wales' largest independent craft brewery and hold B-Corp certification, which reflects genuine commitment to environmental and social accountability rather than just a marketing badge.

The core range leans bold: hoppy, flavour-forward beers with vivid branding and names that don't take themselves too seriously. IPAs, pale ales, and seasonal specials make up most of what they produce, sold through their own taprooms, online, and across UK retailers.

Their alcohol-free offer includes Easy Livin' Pale Ale and Peaches & Cream IPA, the latter being exactly as tropical and fruit-forward as it sounds. Both reflect the brewery's house style: lots of character, decent body, and no attempt to fade into the background. Widely available through specialist AF retailers and their own online shop.
