Mashsee Brauerei is a craft brewery based in Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany, founded in 2014 by Kolja Gigla. Gigla is among the first generation of craft beer brewers in Germany, and Mashsee was established with the aim of bringing greater beer diversity to Hanover.

The brewery grew out of Craft Beer Kontor, a speciality beer shop Gigla ran before moving into production. The main brewing site is in the Hannover Wülfel district, with additional capacity at partner facilities including Bürgerliches Brauhaus Wiesen, Union Brauerei Bremen, and Brauhaus Nittenau. Mashsee specialises in bottom-fermented styles, producing Pils and Helles among its beers, and keeps its range unfiltered and unpasteurised. All production follows the "Natürlichkeitsgebot" quality standard, a commitment to natural brewing practice that applies across the range. The brewery also sells packages and merchandise and makes equipment available for private parties.

The portfolio includes an alcohol-free lager alongside the wider beer range, extending the brand to sober-curious drinkers. One of the brand's drinks has picked up an award. Mashsee sells direct and through specialist retailers.
