Fat Head's is an Ohio craft beer brand with a production brewery and brewpubs across Ohio and Pennsylvania, known for hop-forward West Coast-style IPAs and a $12 million production facility opened in Middleburg Heights in 2018.

The brewery grew out of a partnership between Glenn Benigni and brewmaster Matt Cole, establishing its North Olmsted production site in 2009. Fat Head's built its reputation on bold, hop-forward IPAs, with West Coast-style beers becoming a defining characteristic of the brand. In 2018, a $12 million production facility and beer hall in Middleburg Heights extended its production footprint considerably, consolidating Fat Head's as a mid-sized regional craft operation.

Fat Head's entered the alcohol-free market in 2023, releasing a dealcoholised version of its most celebrated IPA. Dealcoholisation means the beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol is then gently removed, a process Fat Head's applies specifically to preserve the hop aroma and flavour of the original recipe. The AF release draws directly on the brewery's existing IPA heritage, making it relevant for sober-curious drinkers who want the craft beer experience without the alcohol content.

Fat Head's operates across multiple Ohio and Pennsylvania locations, combining brewpub venues with its Middleburg Heights production base. The brand's AF range sits within a broader portfolio of alcoholic and alcohol-free beers, extending its reach beyond the core craft beer audience.
