FrauGruber is a microbrewery in Gundelfingen an der Donau, Bavaria, founded in winter 2016 by Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber, and its range includes alcohol-free beers.

The two founders are childhood friends from Augsburg who bring together American-inspired and traditional German beer styles. Frauenschuh had previously worked as master brewer at Riegele in Augsburg. The brewery began as a contract operation in spring 2017 at the Old Factory in Gundelfingen, and in January 2020 the business acquired its own premises. FrauGruber is an independent brewery.

The brewery grows its own malting barley, using the Steffi and Marthe varieties, through a group of four farmer friends whose grain is malted at a nearby malthouse. Between 2019 and 2020, the cultivation area expanded from 11 hectares to 40 hectares. FrauGruber maintains 13 yeast strains in-house and sources hops from Bavaria, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania.

The brewery exports to over 20 countries, with distribution reaching California, and one of its drinks has picked up an award.
