Pauwela Beverage is a Hawaii-based brewing company founded in January 2020, producing alcohol-free kombucha, water kefirs, and probiotic sodas from local Hawaiian ingredients. Based in Haiku-Pauwela on Maui's north shore, the company was started by husband and wife Kyle Fleming and Cady Cox, who relocated from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Fleming brings a craft beer background to the operation, and Cox serves as head brewer and marketing director.

Pauwela Beverage began at a single farmers' market with two kombucha flavours and has since grown to five product lines. The kombucha is brewed to be less tangy than many commercial versions, and one of its drinks has won awards.

The range draws on organic Hawaiian ingredients including ginger, turmeric, lilikoi, lychee, dragon fruit, hibiscus, mango, guava, and citrus fruits. Pauwela Beverage uses recyclable glass bottles, runs a refill programme, and composts organic waste.

A taproom on Maui's north shore welcomes visitors, and distribution covers Maui and Oahu. The company also ships selected products to customers across the United States.
