Twice Brewed Brewing Co.
Twice Brewed Brewing Co. is an English brewery in the hamlet of Twice Brewed, on Hadrian's Wall near Bardon Mill in Northumberland, that began brewing ales, lagers, and spirits at its current site in 2017. The hamlet has carried its name since at least the mid-1700s, and the area has a brewing tradition reaching back nearly 2,000 years.
The brewery draws water from its own on-site well and operates as an eco-brewery. Waste water passes through a reed bed filtering system, leftover malt is sent to feed cattle at a local farm, and spent hops are used to fertilise a garden on site. The operation has grown from 3 fermenters to 8, and the range is packaged in cask, keg, bottle, and can.
Twice Brewed started out as a traditional brewery and has since expanded its portfolio to cover all styles. Alcohol-free options sit within this broader range for sober-curious drinkers. A tap room on site also serves the full range.
