Utenos

Back to brands

Utenos is a Lithuanian beer brand established in 1977 in the city of Utena, producing an alcohol-free range of radlers made from non-alcoholic beer blended with fruit juice. The brewery is part of Švyturys-Utenos Alus, a company formed in 2001 when the two largest breweries in Lithuania merged, and the wider group is part of the Carlsberg Group.

Radlers are a beer-style drink produced by combining beer with fruit juice, giving them a lighter character suited to everyday drinking. Utenos applies this format to an entirely alcohol-free line covering multiple fruit flavours, making it a practical choice for sober-curious drinkers who want a beer-category AF option with a fruity profile.

The brewery in Utena draws water from a 207-metre deep well, a detail the brand presents as integral to its character. Švyturys-Utenos Alus holds a leading position in the Lithuanian beer market, and the Utenos name has been a fixture in that market for nearly five decades. Its AF radler range extends that established presence into the growing alcohol-free segment.
