Piston Distillery
Piston Distillery is a craft spirits distillery founded in Worcestershire, England in 2017 by Nick Weatherall, inspired by precision engineering and a love of all things automotive. Weatherall came to distilling as an engineer, and the brand draws its name and character directly from that automotive and mechanical background. His founding aim was to produce a gin that met every standard he had in mind, and from that starting point the distillery extended its range to cover gin, vodka, and a limoncello made with Amalfi lemons, alongside an alcohol-free spirit for those seeking an AF option within the same producer's lineup.
The distillery operates two gin schools at its Worcestershire site. Each session gives participants a guided, hands-on introduction to the gin-making process, with visitors producing their own gin by the end. The schools run alongside the distillery's main spirit production and are open to visitors at the site.
