Avalon
Avalon is an alcohol-free cider produced in Asturias, Spain, by Sidra Trabanco, a long-established master cider maker in the region. The brand takes its name from the legendary Arthurian island of Avalon and was developed by Trabanco to meet growing consumer demand for alcohol-free ciders in the sidra category.
Sidra is the traditional cider style of Asturias, and Trabanco ferments Avalon using indigenous yeasts in large chestnut casks, following a process unchanged for centuries. The blend draws on sweet, bitter and sour apple varieties; the finished cider is extra dry in character, with carbon dioxide and sugar added to give it a sparkling style.
