BEAU VIVA
BEAU VIVA is an alcohol-free sparkling wine brand from Provence, in the South of France, and an offshoot of Provence rosé producer Maison Saint Aix. The brand was conceived to apply the region's rosé production traditions to drinks designed for a broader range of occasions and drinkers.
Nicolas Quiles, a sparkling wine specialist, is the brand's winemaker. Grapes including Colombard and Merlot are handpicked from Provence terroirs, and the wines are dealcoholised using vacuum distillation, a process in which the alcohol is gently extracted from the wine following fermentation. No artificial additives or Velcorin are used at any point in the process.
BEAU VIVA is made with everyday celebrations in mind and targets the modern, mindful drinker. The range is formulated to be safe during pregnancy. One of its drinks has picked up an award.
The brand is currently available for US delivery, with a UK launch scheduled for April 2025.
