Belvoir Farm

Belvoir Farm's elderflower harvest takes place each June over six weeks, with the flowers hand-picked and processed by hand. The elderflower cordial recipe has not changed in over 40 years; it is made using elderflowers, sugar, lemons, and water by traditional methods. The farm began growing its organic elderflower plantations in 1995. In its early years, the farm also pressed unsold fruit into juice and made cordials alongside the elderflower range.

The range spans cordials, sparkling juices, and botanical sodas, with all recipes made from 100% natural ingredients. Organic lemons, raspberries, elderflower, and ginger feature across the products. The brand launched an alcohol-free cocktail range in 2021 and added a sparkling mixers category in 2022; the RTD mocktail range uses real peach and grape juices. The portfolio suits sober-curious drinkers looking for alcohol-free options at social occasions.

Belvoir Farm opened a new bottling plant in 2015 and now has a production capacity of around 26 million bottles per year, with 100% recyclable packaging and zero waste to landfill. The farm has reduced its carbon emissions by 36 per cent since 2018 and has installed solar panels across its main site. It has planted 28 acres of wildflower margins and more than 10,000 trees through the Countryside Stewardship Scheme, has partnered with The Woodland Trust, and supports a partner charity for women's health. The brand has a target of reaching carbon net zero by 2035.
