Better Than Booze

Co-founder Drea Groeschel launched the brand with a specific aim: to replace the ritual of a regular glass of wine with a more considered option. The drinks are water-based and naturally flavoured, blending hemp-derived CBD, hemp-derived THC (naturally derived from hemp and within the 0.3% federal limit), L-theanine, and ashwagandha. Formulations come in 5mg and 10mg options, and Better Than Booze applies a patent-pending emulsion technology to bring those ingredients together in its water-based format.

The range spans ready-to-drink mocktails and 100% spirit-free cocktail-inspired drinks, aimed at people who want to socialise without alcohol. Two of its drinks have picked up awards. The brand sells direct from its own site.
