Biona
Biona is a family-owned organic food brand, established in 1992 by Noel and Donata, whose range includes a kombucha alongside granola, nut butters, sauerkraut, beans and pulses, tomato products, pasta, rice and grains.
The brand grew from Windmill Wholefoods, the organic shop Noel opened in Fulham in 1978. Its name joins 'Bio', meaning organic in much of Europe, with 'Na' from nature.
