Canvino

Canvino is an alcohol-free canned sparkling wine brand, launched in summer 2019 by co-founder Marc Laventure, originally operating under the name Cansecco. The brand produces its wines in Lombardy, North West Italy, in partnership with a family-owned winery that has been making wines in the region for over a century and is best known for its sparkling wines.

Production follows the Charmat method, a traditional Italian sparkling wine technique in which secondary fermentation takes place in sealed, pressurised tanks rather than individual bottles. Grapes are sourced from a family-owned vineyard, and a female head winemaker oversees production. The alcohol-free range was developed in collaboration with one of Europe's leading alcohol-free wine producers, with the wines inspired by traditional Italian sparkling winemaking styles and made from all-natural ingredients.

Canvino's production is sustainably run, using solar power and a worm farm at the production site. The wines are packaged in single-serve aluminium cans made from 100% recyclable material.

The brand is focused on the hospitality channel and is positioned towards millennial drinkers. House of Canvino distributes across multiple sales channels.
