Central City Brewers and Distillers is a brewery and distillery based in Surrey, British Columbia, that began as a small brewpub at Central City Shopping Centre in 2003 and has grown to become one of British Columbia's leading craft producers. Darryll Frost founded the operation, and the business expanded steadily: a canning line was added in 2005, and in 2013 the brewery moved into a 65,000-square-foot production facility with an annual brewing capacity of 100,000 hectolitres.

Head brewmaster Gary Lohin oversees brewing and distilling across a portfolio that includes craft beers, ciders, spirits and ready-to-drink beverages. The spirits range covers gin, vodka and single malt whiskey. A second site operates on Beatty Street in Vancouver, and the brewery is counted among the top craft breweries in Canada.

The brand's alcohol-free beer is traditionally brewed and fully fermented before being dealcoholised, meaning the beer reaches full strength through the complete fermentation cycle and the alcohol is then extracted. The process suits sober-curious drinkers seeking a fully fermented beer without the alcohol. One of the brand's drinks has picked up awards.
