CORNET is a Belgian specialty beer brand launched in 2016 by Brouwerij Palm and named after Theodoor Cornet, the steward of Diepensteyn Castle.

The brand's founding story reaches back to Diepensteyn Castle, where the lord of the castle commissioned Theodoor Cornet to brew a strong beer in honour of Salomon de Maldeghem, a knight from the 11th century. The result is a blond ale brewed with high fermentation and refermented in the bottle.

The beer's oak character has evolved through successive methods. The original recipe stored CORNET in oak barrels to develop a vanilla taste; oak chips were later introduced to achieve the same result; the current recipe incorporates oak extracts.

CORNET includes an alcohol-free version alongside its other beers, and one of its drinks has picked up awards. The brand is associated with the Knights of Good Taste and is produced by Brouwerij Palm, also known as Brewery de Hoorn.
