Cut Above

Cut Above is a Texas-based brand of alcohol-free spirits, founded by Andrew Solis as a family-owned, minority- and woman-owned small business with the ambition of restoring complexity, balance, and occasion to alcohol-free drinking.

Rather than distillation, Cut Above uses a proprietary blending process. The spirits are made from natural ingredients, including terpenes and phenols, combined with reverse osmosis purified neutral-pH water, with gum incorporated to give each spirit body. Juniper features among the ingredients. The full range is free of common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans, and both the bottles and their tops are 100% recyclable.

The range spans alcohol-free alternatives across several classic spirit categories, including an agave-based style, aimed at sober-curious drinkers seeking the ritual and complexity of a spirit without the alcohol.
