Dada Chapel is a craft distillery founded in 2021 in Ghent, Belgium, producing both alcoholic and alcohol-free spirits from a building whose history stretches back to at least the 13th century.

The distillery sits in the Flanders region of downtown Ghent, on a site once known as Zandberg. The building served as an inn called the Pelicaen in the 13th century and by the late 19th century had become a convent. Established by a team of Flemish brewers and distillers, Dada Chapel takes its name and character from the Dadaism art movement and operates under the motto "In Odd we Trust." The distillery has developed 57 distinct logos.

Production follows traditional distillation methods in small batches, using local and organic ingredients where possible. Gins are made with organic wheat and juniper berries. The rum is distilled from local beet molasses. Belgian potatoes go into the vodka, which is bottled unfiltered. The range also includes jenever, the Belgian grain spirit.

Alongside its alcoholic spirits, Dada Chapel produces alcohol-free versions for sober-curious drinkers, and one of its alcohol-free drinks has picked up awards.
