Days Brewing

The founders launched the brand after finding that no alcohol-free beer on the market at the time felt like anything other than a compromise. Duncan Keith brought ten years of experience at two UK independent consumer goods brands to the venture.

Every batch undergoes a de-alcoholisation process, meaning the beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol is then removed. The brewery uses water drawn from the Lammermuir Hills and malt barley grown locally near Edinburgh. All ingredients are plant-based; the hop bill includes CTZ, Magnum, Herkules and Hallertau varieties, alongside malted barley, yeast, natural flavouring and salt.

The range spans lagers and fruit lagers. Days Brewing also produces draught beer, extending the brand into on-trade settings alongside retail and direct channels. The brand claims the position of the UK's only craft 0.0% brewed beer brand.

Days Brewing is aimed at people who love great beer and want to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Under a programme called Days Duty, the company commits 2% of all sales to mental health organisations, with Mind and Mental Health UK as the named recipients.
