Distillerie Heroult
Distillerie Héroult is a sole-operated French distillery founded in Quimperlé, Brittany, in 2019, producing gins, pastis, triple secs and cereal eaux-de-vie.
The distillery was established by Camille Héroult after six years of preparation. Héroult had trained as a materials and mechanical engineer before undertaking training at the International Centre for Spirits in Segonzac. Since opening, Héroult has managed the complete operation alone, covering production, packaging and sales without a team. All products are made and packaged manually in small batches.
Botanicals for the range are grown and supplied by herbalist partners located close to the distillery, drawing on the agricultural resources of the Brittany countryside.
