Doskiwis is a craft brewery in Rupià, Baix Empordà, Spain, founded in 2019 by Michael Jones and Judit Piñol to make the beers they could not find in the Empordà region.

Jones and Piñol met in London in 2010. A visit to The Grifter Brewing Company in Sydney in 2013 planted the seed, and a 30-litre batch brewed for a friend's wedding in France in 2015 set the brewery on course for commercial production. The pair decided to enter the brewing business in 2016, initially contracting through Popaire in Blanes and WHYM in Vilablareix. Jones returned to The Grifter Brewing Company in Australia in 2017 and 2018 for further experience, while the brewery signed the lease on an old barn outside Rupià in 2017. The taproom opened to the public in February 2019.

Doskiwis uses 100% organic local Catalan malt and has an arrangement with a farm in Parlavà to feed spent malt to cattle. Cans are made from recycled aluminium. The brewery produces nine beer styles spanning pale ales, IPAs, pilsners, stouts, and sours, with a rotating draught selection at the taproom. Alongside the beers, the taproom serves specialty coffee, kombucha, natural wine, and seasonal food. Tasting experiences are on offer at the site.
