Fieldwork is particularly associated with hop-forward styles, with IPAs anchoring its brewing identity.

The brand entered the alcohol-free market by releasing dealcoholised IPAs, applying a specialised dealcoholisation process to preserve the hop aroma and flavour of the original recipes. Dealcoholisation means the beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol is then removed, a method Fieldwork uses specifically to carry the hop character of its regular range into its AF lineup. The AF beers are a direct extension of the brewery's hop-focused identity rather than a separately positioned product line.

Distribution is primarily through Fieldwork's own taproom network and select retail partners within California, giving the brand a strong regional footprint.
