Flötzinger is a German brewery founded in 1543 in Rosenheim, Bavaria, and one of the oldest breweries in Bavaria. It is the only remaining private brewery in the city. The brewery's lagers and wheat beers are brewed with locally sourced barley, hops from the Tettnang and Hallertau growing regions, and pure alpine water.

Flötzinger's alcohol-free beers are produced through dealcoholisation, meaning the alcohol is carefully removed from fully brewed beer rather than the beer being brewed to a low-alcohol strength. The brewery applies this process specifically to avoid any impact on the original flavour and texture of the finished drink. The alcohol-free range covers lagers and wheat beers and is aimed at health-conscious drinkers; the beers are also offered as a responsible choice at social occasions.
