Four Pillars is an Australian craft gin distillery, founded in 2013 in the Yarra Valley on the outskirts of Melbourne by Cameron Mackenzie, Stuart Gregor, and Matt Jones. The brand was conceived in Surry Hills, Sydney. The main distillery sits in Healesville, Victoria, with a laboratory also in Surry Hills.

The production approach uses steam distillation to extract oils and flavours from botanicals. Four Pillars works with local native varieties including lemon myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, alongside juniper, coriander seeds, and whole fresh citrus in every gin.

In April 2022, Four Pillars opened a new distillery in Healesville, the first carbon-neutral gin site in Australia. The brand has published a Sustainability Plan and runs a community grants programme.

Its alcohol-free botanical spirit applies a ten-botanical recipe, including juniper, lemon myrtle, coriander seeds, and fresh chilli introduced during the steaming process. One of its drinks has picked up awards.

Four Pillars is one of Australia's most popular distilleries.
