The wines are produced using traditional winemaking methods and start life as fully fermented wine before the alcohol is removed. Dealcoholisation is carried out using spinning cone columns and vacuum distillation, two processes that work together to extract the alcohol from the wine after fermentation is complete.

The range covers reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines.
