Harmon's Craft Brewing is a small independent Canadian craft brewery launched in Toronto in late 2021, producing alcohol-free beers using a fermentation technique that keeps alcohol naturally low.

The brewery's approach centres on arrested fermentation: fermentation is stopped early to prevent sugars from fully converting to alcohol, resulting in a beer that is naturally low in alcohol from the start rather than one that has had alcohol removed after brewing. More specifically, Harmon's uses a yeast strain that does not ferment maltose, one of the principal sugars in beer wort. Because the yeast cannot process maltose, the beer finishes at a low alcohol level without requiring a separate de-alcoholisation step, preserving more of the character that would otherwise be affected by alcohol removal.

The brewery distributes both direct to consumer, with delivery available across Canada, and through retail stores and restaurants. This dual-channel approach gives the brand reach beyond any single city while keeping online purchasing accessible to drinkers across the country.

Harmon's targets beer drinkers directly, positioning its AF range for the designated driver and weeknight drinker who wants a technically precise beer rather than a compromise product. The Toronto launch came at a point when craft AF beer options in Canada were relatively limited, and the brewery's process-led approach gives it a clear identity within the category.
