Herbarium

Herbarium is a British alcohol-free botanical spirits brand, conceived in 2018 by co-founders Andrew and Steve, producing hand-distilled botanical spirits using traditional copper pot stills.

The brand uses copper pot stills in the same way as conventional spirits producers: botanicals are distilled in small batches and the resulting spirits contain no alcohol. The range works a wide palette of aromatics, including rosemary, lemongrass, lavender, and pink pepper alongside juniper, spice, and citrus botanicals. Some of the spirits are made specifically to pair with tonic water, making them straightforward to use in long serves.

Herbarium positions itself as a maker of alcohol-free gin alternatives and sits in the premium segment. The brand distributes across multiple retail channels, reaching sober-curious drinkers looking for a distilled botanical spirit without alcohol.
