Jopen is a Dutch brewery based in Haarlem, founded in 1994, whose origins lie in an effort to restore the city's lost brewing heritage. Its beers are the product of the Stichting Haarlems Biergenootschap, a foundation established in 1992 with the specific aim of reviving traditional Haarlem beers. The foundation drew on the Haarlem city archives, where two historic recipes were discovered. The first was a recreation of a formula dated to 1407 for Koyt, a gruit beer, meaning a style flavoured with a blend of herbs rather than hops. In December 1996 the commercial company Jopen BV formally acquired the beer, establishing the brand as a going concern.

Today the brewery is housed in the Jopenkerk, a former church in the Raaks area of Haarlem's city centre that opened to the public on 11 November 2010. The building brings together the brewery, a café, and a restaurant, functioning as a public venue in the heart of the city.

Jopen's alcohol-free beers make the Haarlem brewing identity accessible to sober-curious drinkers. Two drinks in the range have won awards.
