Kaiserdom is a German brewery, founded in Bamberg in 1718, that has been producing alcohol-free beers since 1982 and is a pioneer in Germany for 0.0% beers.

Georg Morg established Kaiserdom in Bamberg, Bavaria, in 1718. The Wörner family has owned and run the brewery since 1910; the business is now led by Felix Wörner, the fourth generation to manage it. As the largest of Bamberg's twelve breweries, Kaiserdom celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2018, the same year construction began on a new brewhouse that was commissioned in 2019.

All beers are brewed in line with the Reinheitsgebot, the German purity law, using only grain, barley malt, yeast, water, and hops. A dealcoholisation plant, also commissioned in 2019, handles the alcohol-free range: the beers are processed without thermal treatment and through a gentle dealcoholisation process, meaning the alcohol is removed after brewing. The alcohol-free portfolio covers lagers, wheat beers, and radler-style options.

Kaiserdom produced approximately 320,000 hectolitres in 2016, the year it also acquired Klosterbräu Bamberg. The brewery exports its beers worldwide, with licensed production in China and Sweden, making the range accessible to sober-curious drinkers far beyond its Bamberg base. Since 2024, the site has also operated a bottling line for Fritz-kola. The brewery is committed to environmental protection.
