King of Kefir
King of Kefir is an Irish brewery of alcohol-free water kefir, which it says was Ireland's first dedicated water kefir brewery. Its drinks are offered as an alternative to sugary soft drinks and kombucha.
Gerry Scullion founded King of Kefir in Dublin in 2014. The brand says it does not filter or pasteurise its drinks, and says it won awards in 2025.
