McCall Collective Brewing
McCall Collective Brewing is a family-operated craft brewery in Allentown, Pennsylvania, founded in August 2020 by Kaitlin McCall and Chris McCall, and the first female-owned brewery in the Lehigh Valley.
Kaitlin McCall leads the business as CEO, with Chris McCall as co-founder and CFO, and Matt McCall as head brewer. A 2012 visit to Lagunitas and Russian River in California inspired the founders to start a brewery together, with a shared interest in beer and entertaining behind the venture. McCall Collective opened with a 7-barrel brewhouse and sources its ingredients locally.
The brewery produces beers across lager and IPA styles, with an alcohol-free beer also among its releases. One of its drinks has picked up awards. McCall Collective Brewing takes part in Habitat For Humanity's House that Beer Built programme, and the team is active in supporting the Lehigh Valley community more broadly.
