McCall Collective Brewing
McCall Collective Brewing is a family-owned Allentown, Pennsylvania brewery opened in 2020 by Chris and Kaitlin McCall, producing craft beers and a dedicated alcohol-free range under the McCall NA label.
Chris and Kaitlin McCall run the business as a family operation, with the main production facility and taproom at 102 East Susquehanna Street in Allentown. The word "Collective" in the name reflects an explicit aim to use the brewery as a gathering point for the local community. By 2022, the brewery had expanded to a second site in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
The AF beers are produced under the McCall NA label and brewed specifically to be alcohol-free. The broader range spans IPAs, lagers, sours, and stouts, with the NA line running alongside all of these and giving sober-curious drinkers the same breadth of styles in AF formats.
Distribution is local and regional, consistent with a community-focused brewery at this scale.
