Mionetto is a Prosecco and sparkling wine name from a winery in Valdobbiadene, and alongside its wines it offers alcohol-free sparkling wine, aperitifs and spritzes.
The winery was founded in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto. Mionetto says the family introduced autoclave fermentation in 1982, switching to the Charmat method.
