Moersleutel is a craft brewery based in Alkmaar, Netherlands, whose range spans alcoholic beers and includes an alcohol-free stout. Founded in 2016 by four brothers, Pim, Tom, Max and Rob Zomerdijk, who had recently completed their technical studies, the brewery started operations in the facilities of their father Sjaak Zomerdijk. Their first brew was an acknowledged failure; the second was an imperial stout. The family business remains intact: their parents still work at the brewery. Moersleutel opened its own production location in Alkmaar in 2018.

Known as the Beer Engineers, Moersleutel develops and modifies its own brewing machines and runs a semi-automated brewing system. The brewery produces around sixty different beers each year, including stouts, IPAs and porters. The early output focused on imperial stouts with additions such as coffee, chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Wild ales are brewed separately under the Zomerdijk Brewing & Blending name.

In July 2019, Moersleutel opened a tasting room and beer shop called The Scrapyard, with an outdoor terrace of 1,500 square metres. The brewery signed a distribution agreement with Multi Bier in March 2021 and operated as part of a joint entity, Zomerdijk Brewing and Blending B.V., from September 2017 to December 2022, becoming independent in January 2023. In 2022 the official name changed from Brouwerij De Moersleutel to Moersleutel Craft Brewery. It is one of the best-rated breweries on Untappd.
