Nochino

Nochino launched its first AF spirit in Nitra in 2021. The production process uses steam distillation, a method in which selected botanicals are exposed to steam to extract their aromatic compounds and concentrate their flavours, producing a spirit-style drink without any alcohol content. The brand combines local Slovak herbs with a selection of more exotic botanicals, building two distinct style directions: herbal-bitter and floral-citrus profiles.

Covering both the bitter-aperitif end of the spectrum and lighter, citrus-forward styles, Nochino gives sober-curious drinkers and bartenders a craft AF spirit that functions genuinely in mixed drinks and cocktails.

Nochino has expanded beyond Slovakia into international markets, reflecting a growing appetite for craft AF botanical spirits from Central Europe.
