OP Anderson

O.P. Anderson is part of the Anora Group's brand portfolio. The brand began using organic ingredients for its aquavit range in 2002, and that commitment to organic sourcing carries through into its alcohol-free line. The AF snaps is made from the same organic ingredients and produced by traditional distillation in copper stills at the O.P. Anderson Distillery in Sundsvall, in northern Sweden. Copper pot stills are the traditional vessel for Scandinavian aquavit: spirit vapour passes through the copper, which helps shape the botanical character of the finished liquid. O.P. Anderson applies this process to its AF snaps rather than using a different production route.

The result is a product squarely aimed at the sober-curious drinker who values the ritual and character of Nordic aquavit without alcohol. O.P. Anderson's AF range makes that tradition accessible through a recognisably consistent production method, from organic grain to copper pot still.
