OSCO

France

OSCO makes alcohol-free aperitifs at 0.0% and uses verjus from the Périgord, which it describes as a French artisanal tradition. Its name comes from an Occitan exclamation used in markets when weighing, to stop at the right measure.

OSCO was founded by Laura Falque and Marion Lebeau, who both worked in spirits and say they found no alcohol-free alternative that matched the richness of that industry. Its range includes botanical aperitifs and sparkling wines.
