Pirate's Grog

The brand was founded by Gareth and Beth Berry after they discovered rum on the island of Roatán, Honduras, and subsequently built Pirate's Grog as a small, family-run operation importing and bottling Caribbean rum. The business operates from a warehouse and boutique distillery in Tottenham, North London, and works with wholesalers, bars, and specialist retailers. No Drama, the brand's AF product, was launched in 2024 using a blend of botanical distillates and extracts to produce a spirit designed to echo the character of a spiced rum.

No Drama approaches flavour from the ground up rather than simply removing alcohol from an existing rum, drawing on distilled botanical compounds to build the profile. For a brand whose identity rests on aged Caribbean rum and a distinctly adventurous aesthetic, the move into the alcohol-free category represents a considered expansion. No Drama is currently available direct through the brand's own site, giving it a narrow distribution at this stage.

Pirate's Grog remains primarily a rum brand, and the AF range is a single product. No Drama occupies a specific position: a spirit-forward, alcohol-free product from a distillery with genuine rum credentials, aimed at sober-curious drinkers who want that provenance in an AF format.
