Rhinegeist

The building was originally constructed for the Christian Moerlein Brewing Co and has housed Rhinegeist's brewing operation since the brand's founding. Rhinegeist ranks among the largest independent craft breweries in the United States by sales volume, placing in the Brewers Association's annual top 50 list. In 2023 the company became 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a structure in which employees collectively hold a financial stake in the business.

The AF range arrived in 2024, extending Rhinegeist's brewing catalogue into the 0.0% category with pilsner-style beer as its opening format. The brewery distributes across multiple states including Ohio, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Tennessee, giving the AF range a broad regional presence from launch.
