Sheep in Wolf's Clothing Brewery (SiWC) is a small-batch Scottish brewery founded in July 2021, specialising in alcohol-free and session-strength beers.

Based in Dunblane on Duckburn Industrial Estate, SiWC was established by Matty Dixon and co-founded by John Chadwick with the ambition of becoming a leading brewery in the low- and no-alcohol segment. The brewery grew from a conversation during Matty Dixon's MBA and was founded with a specific purpose: to provide employment opportunities for people who find it difficult to secure work. SiWC launched its first four beers in the UK through selected partner breweries, while the team developed their own processes, trialling more than 50 different yeast strains to refine their 0.5% beers.

The alcohol-free range spans lagers, IPAs, wheat beers, and stouts, with several gluten-free options among the 0.5% releases. SiWC also works with partner breweries including 71 Brewing, Glen Affric, Allendale Brewery, and 6 Degrees North. Production covers canned, kegged, and cask formats.

Three stated values run through the brand: inclusivity, community, and sustainability. The Dunblane site has a dog- and family-friendly taproom, and SiWC has announced plans to open a series of accessible, inclusive pubs. Beers are available direct online and through specialist alcohol-free retailers.
