Stiller

Stiller is an alcohol-free botanical spirit, distilled in the Wye Valley at what the brand describes as the world's first distillery dedicated exclusively to alcohol-free drinks. Old Coach House Distillery Ltd, the company behind Stiller, was founded in 2019 with the aim of creating natural, distilled botanical drinks for mindful drinkers.

Every batch is made by hand in a 100% copper pot Alembic still, applying traditional distillation techniques, with botanists and mixologists involved in developing each recipe. The botanicals are organically grown, with the blend drawing on juniper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and rosemary; Welsh spring water provides the base throughout. Stiller adds no flavours, colours, or sweeteners, so the finished drink contains only what the distillation process yields from those organic ingredients.

The range makes alcohol-free gin alternatives, positioned for mindful drinkers who want the taste and ritual of a gin-based serve without alcohol.
