Talonmore

Lewis Kennedy launched the Talonmore Drinks Company in 2020 as a family-run business in Edinburgh. The brand is inspired by the city's historic charm, its natural surroundings, and its festival spirit, alongside Edinburgh's history of innovation. Made in Scotland using brewing methods rather than distillation, with Scottish water incorporated in the process, the spirit is produced at a SALSA-certified production site.

The formulation is built entirely from natural ingredients: hawthorn berry, root ginger, natural Assam tea, prickly pear, fig, watermelon and orange. Ginger-infused plant-based components sit alongside other rooted botanicals, together producing the depth and character of a dark spirit in an alcohol-free format.

Talonmore is aimed at Dry January participants and designated drivers, and is available through specialist alcohol-free retailers and directly from its own website.
