Track Brewing
Track Brewing is a Manchester craft brewery with an alcohol-free range, founded by Sam Dyson after a two-year cycling journey around the world that began in 2008.
In 2008, Dyson set off on a ride that became a two-year odyssey around the world. After returning, he developed his brewing skills in London before heading back to the North West of England to establish the brewery. Track Brewing's first home was a 2,000 sq/ft arch beneath Piccadilly Station in Manchester, a space it occupied for seven years. In May 2021, the brewery relocated to a 12,000 sq/ft warehouse on Piccadilly Trading Estate in Manchester.
Alongside its full-strength craft beers, Track Brewing produces an alcohol-free range covering lagers, IPAs and pale ales. Mosaic and Citra are among the hop varieties used, and the brewery includes a hop water within its alcohol-free offer.
Track Brewing's site houses a taproom with 20 keg and 3 cask lines and a beer garden. Brewery tours are available, and the taproom menu includes pizza from Slice Culture.
Track Brewing runs a podcast, The Thirst Time, and a running club called One Foot Forward, with the brewery's cycling-led origins and running community making it a natural fit for fitness-focused and sober-curious drinkers.
