Track Brewing
Track Brewing is a Manchester-founded independent craft brewery established in 2014 by Sam Dyson, producing an alcohol-free range spanning pale ales, Helles lagers, and IPAs from a 10,000 sq ft site on the Piccadilly Trading Estate.
Dyson founded Track after a two-year cycling journey across 25 countries and 35,000 miles, and that spirit of exploration has shaped the brewery's identity since its founding. The brewery operates from its current Piccadilly Trading Estate site, which includes a 2,000 sq ft taproom opened in 2021 following a move from the original smaller premises.
Track built its reputation in the UK craft beer scene on hazy, hop-forward beers, particularly within the New England IPA movement, before extending that sensibility into the alcohol-free space. The AF range launched in early 2023 with a non-alcoholic version of the brewery's flagship pale ale, the first in a series of AF takes on existing Track beers. The range has since grown to cover pale ale, Helles, and IPA styles, all carrying the same hop-forward character that defines the full-strength lineup.
Distribution of the AF range runs through specialist alcohol-free retailers and the brand's own direct-to-consumer webshop. Track remains independently owned and operated. For sober-curious and moderating drinkers who want genuine hop character from a craft producer, the AF range sits in the premium bracket alongside other independent regional breweries taking the category seriously.
