VETO

The brand trades under the fuller name We Are VETO and moved into alcohol-free lager brewing after a background in food production. Its beers are made with spring water from Oxfordshire, filtered through rock, alongside chemical-free pale barley malt and natural ingredients. The lagers contain caffeine. The range spans pale lager and international pale lager formats, available through multiple retail channels.

VETO uses half a label on each can, a packaging decision made to halve the carbon footprint of its labelling. The brand also directs 15% of its profits to charitable causes.

VETO's visual identity was originally built by Signal Studio. The drinks sit at the premium end of the alcohol-free beer market, suited to sober-curious drinkers looking for a lager with English brewing provenance.
