Warner's
Warner's Distillery started on a farm and, over a decade later, still operates from one. Tom and Tina Warner-Keogh founded the business in 2012 at Falls Farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire, building it around the botanical ingredients they grow on the estate. That farm-to-bottle approach shaped everything from the gins that made their name to the alcohol-free range they launched in 2020.
The AF side is called Botanic Garden Spirits, and it came with a genuine claim to novelty: Warner's was among the first British craft distilleries to produce a distilled 0% spirit range. Two variants launched together. Juniper Double Dry leans into the herbal and aromatic end of things, leaning hard on the botanicals that make gin what it is. Pink Berry goes fruitier and more fragrant, with a tangy edge. Both are made with natural botanicals, the majority sourced directly from Falls Farm.
Warner's is primarily known as a gin distillery. Their alcoholic range runs to flavoured gins, classic styles, and rum, and the brand had a hand in popularising flavoured gin in the UK market during the mid-2010s boom. The AF line sits alongside all of that rather than replacing it. At £18 for a 50cl bottle, it's priced in line with the rest of the range and aimed squarely at the premium end.
The distillery holds B-Corp certification, which reflects a wider commitment to environmental and social standards beyond the farm sourcing story. They've won awards across the spirits category over the years, though the AF range is a relatively recent addition to that track record.
Distribution for the 0% spirits is more limited than the main gin range. Available direct from the Warner's website and through a handful of specialist AF retailers. Not yet the kind of product you'll find in a supermarket aisle.
