Wignac
Wignac is a premium French cider brand from the Ardennes region of Northern France, producing naturally effervescent, additive-free ciders from 100% pure organic apple juice with no added concentrate.
The brand was created by two siblings, Edouard de Merode and Eliane de Merode, who are descendants of the Marquise de Wignacourt. Their ciders are produced at a family château in the Ardennes forest, and the project was founded with the aim of reviving local orchards and restoring the cider tradition to the region.
All Wignac ciders are 100% organic, made from pure apple juice with no concentrate or other additives. The apple juice reflects the Ardennes terroir, the particular growing conditions of that part of northern France. The range spans French cidres and rosé ciders, and Wignac, as a proudly French premium brand, also produces an alcohol-free version: a naturally effervescent sparkling apple juice suited to sober-curious drinkers.
