Zeer Brewing

The founders started the brewery after finding that most alcohol-free beers lacked the body, complexity, and the satisfying resistance, or bite, that they valued in traditional beer. Zeer's stated focus is on brewing what it calls heavy alcohol-free beers: beers with real weight and mouthfeel rather than the thinner profile that had characterised much of the AF category. The first commercial product came out in late 2023.

Zeer uses a low-and-slow brewing process, keeping fermentation conditions steady and unhurried to allow flavours to build naturally without generating significant alcohol. The range covers IPAs and pilsners, available through specialist alcohol-free retailers.

Zeer Brewing is aimed at sober-curious drinkers and committed craft beer fans who have found existing AF options too light and want something with the full drinking weight of a serious IPA or lager.
