Pinot Noir Rosé
A dealcoholised Pinot Noir rosé from France, made using spinning cone technology. Strawberry, raspberry and spiced red fruit on the nose, with fresh acidity and a light, dry finish.
About This Drink
Bon Voyage's rosé is made from Pinot Noir, sourced from France, and dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, the same process used across the range. The method removes alcohol at low temperatures, which is gentler than vacuum distillation and holds onto more of the fruit and aromatic character. The colour is what you'd expect from a light Pinot Noir rosé: pale pink to salmon, clear and bright. On the nose, strawberry and raspberry come through first, with a faint spice and floral note sitting underneath that adds some complexity without making it heavy. The palate is fresh and lightly fruity, with the acidity that's characteristic of Pinot Noir in rosé form giving it some structure. It drinks light rather than full, which suits the format. The Bon Voyage range sits under 0.5% ABV and is broadly positioned as an everyday dealcoholised option. If you've tried the Cabernet Sauvignon from the same range and wanted something lighter and more summery, this is the natural step across.
