Bezalkoholowe IPA
A Polish alcohol-free IPA built around Czech Most and American Mosaic hops, with a citrus-forward aroma and clean, dry finish.
About This Drink
ReCraft Brewery is a Polish craft outfit with a focused AF range, and their Bezalkoholowe IPA (the name simply means "non-alcoholic IPA" in Polish) is built around a hop combination of Czech Most and American Mosaic, plus the addition of Hot Shot IPA oil. The result sits at under 0.5% ABV and is aimed squarely at hop-forward drinkers who want something with character rather than just the absence of alcohol. The hop combination does a decent job. Most brings a recognisable Czech herbal and spice note, Mosaic pushes in citrus and tropical fruit, and together they give the beer a bright, aromatic nose that holds up. The palate has a moderate bitterness at 40 IBU — noticeable but not aggressive — with the citrus and resin character carrying through. The malt backbone is kept deliberately light, which keeps the body lean and the finish clean and dry. It is the kind of AF IPA that makes a fair argument for itself. Available in 500ml bottles through specialist AF retailers and Polish craft beer importers.
