About This Drink
This is an M&S collaboration with Renegade Brewery — a London outfit that has built a reputation for creative, accessible brewing. The concept here is simple: a low-alcohol pale ale with peach syrup (2%) woven in alongside the malt and hops. It works without being particularly complicated. The beer has a citrus-forward aroma with a biscuity malt backbone, and the peach note reads as a sweet, stone-fruit edge rather than anything artificial or cloying. Oats are in the grain bill, which rounds out the body slightly. At 20 kcal per 100ml and 1.9g sugar it's a light option, though the peach syrup does add sweetness. It's vegan-friendly but not gluten-free — the malted barley is right there in the ingredients. In a 330ml can, it's a summer-session format: approachable, a little fruity, and easy to drink. Not groundbreaking, but competently done.
