The result is more bitter-citrus than sweet — grapefruit bitterness sits at the front, the agave adds a touch of roundness without going cloying, and the xanthan gum gives it a slightly more substantial mouthfeel than sparkling water. It's genuinely spritz-like in character. At £2.50 a can it's positioned as an everyday grab-and-go option, and the 250ml format suits that well. Not as complex as a proper aperitivo, but solid for what it is.
